1) Order Online
Choose between our 8” and 10” swirl gel memory foam mattress in any size. A good night’s sleep is just a quick click away.
2) It Fits and it Ships… For Free!
Once you have placed an order, 2-3 business days is required to build your mattress before packing and shipping right to your door! You will receive a confirmation of shipping from the Ben’s team with tracking details and an estimated time of delivery. Ben’s Mattress in a Box arrives within approximately 5-7 business days from the initial order date.
3) Eat. Sleep. Repeat.
Once you have received and set up your new bed, you’ll have 90 days to determine if you are satisfied with your purchase. All you have to do is sleep on the bed for at least 30 nights. If you don’t love it – let us know!
4) Arrange The Exchange
If you don't love it, we’ll work with you within the 90-day trial period to arrange a full refund, or coordinate an exchange by scheduling a pickup through a local charity or recycling partner. Subsequent product exchange will not be eligible for the sleep trial.
